Meet your very own Coordinator, Samantha
In the Wedding Industry, you will hear the term Venue Coordinator and Day of Coordinator. These are two very different job descriptions and it’s important you know the difference. A VC works for the Venue - ensuring their staff and duties are scheduled. A DC works for the Couple - executing their Wedding Day timeline and plan. Here at Pondview, we make it easy. Samantha and her team of Coordinators do both jobs. We ensure the Venue is perfection before you set foot on the grounds, manage all of our staff and duties, and we also work directly for you. Performing all set up duties - yes including furniture placement, table decor, settings, floral placement, decor placement you name it - along with managing your Timeline and ensuring all tasks are being complete, all Vendors are doing their job perfectly and also acting as your very own problem solver - but - you guessed it.. there’s not many problems that pop up around here!
